Courier total waste of time.Picked up parcel on 06/06 on a next day service. The Parcel was not delivered until 11/06. Very annoyed indeed

It was only when the driver came that he pointed out the label had NO BAR CODE. He still took the parcel - but it still hasn't arrived

Our Response: ParcelForce bring their own barcode labels. When using this service ours are just a guide so multiple items don't get mixed up.
Still hasn't been delivered!!! should have been delivered Friday!! very poor.

I paid for next day pre 12pm delivery of 3 parcels. Only 2 of the 3 parcels were delivered the next day, at 5pm. Last item came a day after

rates are slightly higher than my hermes and if volume was enough would be able to get better rates direct myself. good service

Hermes is not "next day" and yes you could get better rates directly if you shipped more. But as you don't we offer great prices!!

No-one turned up to pick parcel up, had to take to Swansea 40 miles away. Delivered 8 in the night, very late. Delivered but a lot of work
