The parcel was collected on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday, but it was not delivered until Thursday. No notification given.

Our Response: We have not lost it but the courier concerned may have misplaced it. We will contact them and a full depot search will be carried out. We are sorry about this and if your item is lost you will be fully refunded.

Your webpage said collection on 7th June. This did not happen. I phoned Nightfreight on 8th June and was told collection to be 11th June.
