Parcel monkey is an amazing easy to use one stop shop for the best parcel delivery options. Have you thought of providing boxes/packaging?

We did in the early days but the margin once we would have shipped them out to customers made it non realistic for us.

to give people a time zone of 1 to 2 hours of parcel being picked up so u dont have to wait in all day

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Easy to book, quick confirmation and email with labels, pick-up and delivery no hassles and in time, excellent!

Parcel was not collected on the day, I had to contact Nightfreight directly to rearrange. Appalling service which I will not use again.
