The courier failed to pick up the parcel twice despite this being serviced offices with a reception manned all day!!

Service was great untill i got email today 15th june saying i owed more money saying parcel was 9.6kg but when left here was 2kg???????????

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

Very good service,parceltogo wanted to charge me £40 to send a heavy box but I found parcel monkey and the price was half and the delivery

the customer services are well below another courier and another courier, and only marginally better than another courier who should be avoided at all costs.

the parcel to the customer got completely thrown around and damaged. absolutely ridiculous!
