According to one of the deliveries the customer said the parcel was dropped at a neighbours but no card was left - not sure if this is true.

I placed an order with Courier. They didn't come to collect on the day they were meant to. Was eventually forced to drop off to them!

If the courier fails to collect or deliver it would happen whoever you choose to book with offering their services. Having said that we are sorry this has happened and would like to apologise on behalf of the courier concerned.
