Put prices up without warning and got rid of a service without warning also. but the parcelmonkey service is good

Our Response: Our prices went up in March due to the courier raising base costs for everyone. If you liked the low cost bag option before look out for our new one coming later this month!!

Timed Collection Possibly. If i arrange a collection i would need to wait in all day, i would like a collection when i can book a time slot!

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
