Faultless service and cheaper than Royal Mail or Parcelforce. I will certainly be using your service along with City Link in the future.

Parcel badly damaged and bottles broken, despite several layers of bubble wrap and strong outer card box.

Our Response: The courier companies would not deliberately damage your goods but the contents you sent are at a high risk of being damaged in transit due to the nature of them.

Well Courier did not pick up had to call them to pick up. Driver said he called rubbish my office you can see the drive all day.....

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
