The parcel was due for pick up on Thursday and it wasn't collected until Friday afternoon, resulting in an unhappy buyer!!

Our Response: No your order was booked on the 12th, collected on the 13th and delivered on June 14th.
Item was damaged, and dropped at the front gate. We wonder if there was a signature for receipt of the delivery.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
