Thank's very much for making your first booking with us.
Courier didn't collect for 2 days. I had to take parcel to depot myself. It then took 2 days to deliver. Next day delivery took 4 days.

The courier your using breaks my items unable to claim as fragile contents you do not cover

Our Response: The courier doesn't deliberately break your items when they go through the transportation process so could it be down to the packaging of such fragile contents?
