Our Response: We still offer the best prices for City Link despite their price increases implemented to all in March. Refunds are paid within 7 days of the collection date.
My courier did not arrive causing me serious customer problems. Nobody answered at night freight. Very unhappy

Great service, however I was unable to track my parcel once it arrived at the delivery centre for shipping from UK to Australia.

We had a few tracking problems in the early days of our new International service but it's all good now.
Excellent service again, trouble free, easy to use website, and city link won the order again

it would be helpful if i could drop my parcels off at a designated shop chain instead of waiting in all day

We don't offer those cheap 3 to 5 day services as we prefer to work with door to door couriers that operate within 48 hours.
My only trouble I had which I think is important, I was unable to track my shipment
