More a problem with Courier. They didn't turn up on the agreed date. Had to reschedule for following day, which was a bit of a problem

The postcode you sent to is in the Highlands so therefore comes with a remote area surcharge I'm afraid.
It took three days before the order was pucked up on a next day service !

Our Response: Sorry your order was not collected on Thursday but on the Friday instead. This resulted in a Monday delivery so therefore is one business day late but once again sorry.

The carrier some times doesn't collect on the day it should. I have to take the goods to the depot so they get shipped.

Very good - but would be better if you gave either a morning or afternoon slot. Spent all day in, when collection wasn't until after 4pm
