The (parcel force) collecter was not really 'clued up' but we managed between us. The parcel arrived in New Zealand in record time! Great!

Fantastic news!! Like all services there were a few issues in the early days of our new International offering but they are fully resolved now.
First time user, and found the service extremely satisfactory, tells you what exactly is happening to delivery of parcel.
