All good except lack of detailed time slot - it must be possible to indicate within a few hours.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
I sent the parcel to be delivered next day, it was actually delivered the day after it should have been, a whole day waiting in .

Our Response: We have charged you the weight / volumetric weight that we have been charged for by DHL.
The only thing I would say that needs to be consistent is the update on tracking a parcel, it is not updated frequentley.

Our Response: We can't control the actions of the courier drivers as they don't work for us but we always communicate with our courier partners in the hope of improved satisfaction levels.

Your driver was amazing. My customer didn't give the business address, only the road in the estate. Your driver tracked them down.

They are not our drivers but it pleases us when we read our customers are happy with them.
Item was collected and delivered as per arranged. I am 70, & had to help the delivery man in with the wardrobe, so not good for my back.
