The item was marked as fragile but was delivered glass door down causing it to break and wreck the oven

you need to give acurate prices, if i get a quote for Northern Ireland, its £7.95, then when i go to pay for it you say its £25 + Vat?

Our Response: Our quote page clearly shows "Northern Ireland" as £20.89 for a standard size 5kg item so we are not sure what you mean.
The parcel was damaged on receiving at other address not happy

I was disappointed I was only given a day the item would be collected, no time at all, then when I popped out the courier never even rang.
