I have had a parcel returned to me as Courier said they had tried to deliver,but in fact had not,and also a collection was not picked up

Will never use again. Courier went tto the wrong property even though my address was clearly given. Had to rebooked delivery. 24hrs late.

Our Response: While we are sorry the driver concerned went to the wrong address this is not a direct fault of ParcelMonkey. Had you booked the same service directly or through another provider the same situation would have happened. Once again though we are sorry.
