Your service is great although Citylink haven't delivered the item yet. They claim to have left several cards but there haven't been any.

Please can you add an option to drop parcels off. My Saturday delivery was late because I couldn't get it collected on the correct Friday.

Was described as next day delivery but arrived monday not Satyrday. Was a little embarassing for me. Otherwise GOOD!

Our Response: "Next Day" is next working day as fully explained. Saturday delivery is available at an extra cost should you wish to pay for it.

We still offer the best prices for City Link despite their price increases implemented to all in March. Watch out for our new DX bag service if you want to save money!!
Parcel failed to be delivered as per advertised time scale, missed recipriant and now being returned with no estimate so unable to resend
