Allowing the driver to bring the label to the collection address rather than having to print it would be very useful

I ordered next day delivery with Friday collection so expected it arriving Saturday but not delivered until the Monday morning

If you want a Saturday delivery this option is available on our quote page. "Next day" is next working day as explained throughout the website.

Our Response: This relates to the International delivery courier in Holland and not our UK staff.
It was good service only a small mistake but other than that the communication i had with Anna and Tessa was outstanding
