On small items you are not competitive

Our Response: Royal mail have the sub 2kg market covered in terms of price unless the item is large. Don't forget you have to go there though and we offer a door to door service!!
Hi, it would be fantastic if there was an option on the address input page to "save to address book"..please consider. Cheers :-)

This is in place already. Check the top of the address details page to see "recent addresses / address look up."
there was no possibility to choose the hours of the picking up
