Parcel arrived safely, thanks. We asked for it to be collected on 19 July but it was collected a week earlier ! Luckily it did not matter !

Nobody collected my parcel (ref PM1424744) on 13.7.12. Nor was it collected on 16.7.12. I did a 17 mile trip to drop it at Courier myself.

I booked a next day collection, waited all day however no-one turned up so had to take the parcel myself to depot next day
