It would help if, at the quote stage, I was told that a mobile no is req'd for recipient. I've twice had to go back to customers for this.

Sorry but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
The parcel was collect ontime and as arranged, It's now nearly a week later and i still can not get anything to say it was delivered
