Our Response: We would love to offer time slots but can only provide what the couriers themselves can manage. Alternative safe places are not possible as we provide a signed for service to avoid the risk of false claims.
Very easy to use service and so far have had no problems, lots better than parcel2go who are bad at dealing with problems

Was delivered to wrong address & Courier would not tell me where. 48 hr delivery took 3 weeks.

nightfreight call centre which i was directed to ring didn't have a qlue and lied to me numerious times had to ring depot and find num mysel
