Our Response: I think you will find that is you who print the labels off and attach them to your parcels not us. Our email support team handle all messages quickly and efficiently.

As usual excellent service - I just wish there was an option to check to say 'I will drop parcels at the earest depot' as thats what i do!

We are going to get this issue sorted with City Link but it's not as easy as it sounds unfortunately.
