The label takes longer to come through than I expected.

City Link have had recent IT failures which has caused a delay in responding to us and therefore the label generation. All is well now though but please accept our apologies for this on behalf of City Link.
A very good service all round, easy to use. Only way to improve would things would be to develop an Android app and an iPhone app.

Please sort out the online form. Sent parcel to Ireland but could not put a postcode in the mandatory box as Ireland rarely use them

I like to drop my parcels off at City Link but when I do, they still try to pick up. Please provide a field to tick to let City Link Know
