It's made clear our service is based on "Next Working Day." Saturday delivery options are available at extra cost if you wish though.

We cannot get hold of anyone at Parcel Monkey, one of the parcels in this consignment was not collected but paid for!!

I was emailed to say collection would be on thurs nov29th but collection did not take place till next day. I had stayed in especially!

Our Response: On behalf of the courier concerned please accept our apologies for the first failed collection.
Only thing that I would like to see is being advised when collection of parcel will take place i.e morning or afternoon collection.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Quick and easy very cheap only downfall there's no customer service phone so no one to speak to incase of emergency but very good over alll
