When someone on ebay pays extra for express delivery, don't use Courier. 2 missed collections.Even parcelforce could of got it there faster

Approx collection time would be useful, I stayed in all day to wait for a parcel to be collected, and they turned up at 5.30pm

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

If you started to accept PayPal it would be much easier other than that the service is outstanding

PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.
