We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

I paid for next day delivery but my pracel was delivered 3 days later.

You paid for next working day delivery which is what happened. Booked on Thursday, collected on Friday and delivered on Monday.

The Courier courier did not collect on the day booked and I had to drop it at their depot to ensure delivery!
