Expand on the packaging instructions, eg for v long items putting in a box is impractical. What is the best way to package these?

Citi Link driver would not pick up parcel. He pretended to visit the address 3 times and would not pick up. Cant use Citi Link!

The only problem I had was I have no printer for the label but the driver sorted it for me !!! Great service

That was a bit of luck on your part as you should print you own as stated when you book.
The parcel which was very well packaged and protected arrived at the destination completedly manhandled and wrecked.
