Order arranged to be picked up on Wednesday, but City Link did not turn up until Friday after I phoned them.

Apart from having to wait until well into the afternoon, the service was good. Perhaps say after 10 a.m. 12 hour window is a long time

No courier arrived on agreed day, I had to explain to customer why no parcel arrived and took package to courier depot my self, poor service

Ordered early in the morning but only got notified when it would be picked up the following day,paid for guaranteed next day but it took two

Hermes' fault really, didn't collect the parcel until 2 days after me dropping it off. They let your good service down.

Courier failed to collect the parcel on the specified day so although I paid extra for a timed delivery it was 2 days late anyway!!!
