The package sat in the Basingstoke Courier depot for 2 days before it was loaded onto a van for delivery. No response to my complaint.

An option to deliver to the carriers depot rather than waiting for a collection would be good.

Courier arrived again after 4:00.It defeats the convenience of a courier it would be better to have a prop off place like myhermes

Could of allocated a time slot for pick up instead of naming just a day and no time as people have to work. Great overall tho. Affordable
