We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

great value but City Link went to the wrong address so had to re-book collection! Luckily buyer didn't mind delivery a day late...

Terrible service by City-link took 3 days to collect parcel on a next day service. If I wanted slow I would have bought a slow service!
