PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.
The service is really good. I am happy for that. However, I can't track the item on system which needs to be improved.

There is no tracking for our City Link same day service as it's collected and delivered within the same day.

I waited in for 9 hours for the collection and I still don't know if it was delivered as I had no label to affix to the parcel.

We will always try our very best when it comes down to pricing but with rising fuel costs etc, if the couriers raise their's then we have to also.
i waited from 9:30 am until 6:00pm yesturday !!! no driver just a message at 6:50pm in the evening to explain i missed the collection.

no contact number. told parcel could be collected at neighbours house as not collected by 3pm - didnt collect from there and had to rebook

try to make sure that couriers assigned to collect parcels go to right house on a 24hr collection and dont fob it off to customers
