I've put a complaint in with Courier. Collection delayed 3 days late! I didnt even ask for my money back and all i wanted was an apology

took day off work. waited in all day for parcell to be picked up. no one turned up. so had to drive to depo that night and drop off myself.

Our Response: You dropped the goods in during the extended working hours City Link are currently operating under due to the peak Christmas period. From November 26th they are working until 9pm.
I booked for the parcel to be picked up and once I had managed to fill the form out it went well, shame it arrived damaged had to return!!!!
