we have been unable to book Courier for days now and not picked up two parcels

Our Response: Certain restrictions are in place, which we monitor daily, to avoid congestion issues with the couriers at this very busy time of the year. We don't want to take your order if the couriers themselves are going to struggle to collect / deliver it.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Guarenteed delivery. Not even collected on time. Driver had to collect from garden next day as arranged on phone then disappeared.

On the web site it said 2/3 days but it took 7 days to reach the destination. Not happy about this. Will not be reccomending you to any one!
