Luckily I know the courier and have his mob number! Otherwise the parcel would not have been collected - AGAIN!!!

Our Response: Did the courier explain why it would not have been collected? They acknowledge the order, which is confirmed when you are sent labels, so perhaps the courier driver could explain to you why he would have missed you as we would love to know the answer too.

The courier never picked up the item, I had to drop it off at the depot myself. The over a week later the parcel was delivered damaged..
