Approx collection time would be useful, I stayed in all day to wait for a parcel to be collected, and they turned up at 5.30pm

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

I put poor as I book for pick up date 6/12/12 I receive a email stating that as the collection date but nobody turned up for collection

If you started to accept PayPal it would be much easier other than that the service is outstanding

PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.
