multiparcel delivery arrived different days, next day delivery arrived after 2 days. Difficulty in providing track number for 3rd party

I thought a packaging bag was included in the service I chose and was disappointed it was not. Overall good service and safe delivery.

My only issue was that I was given a delivery slot of between 8am and 6pm which meant i had to wait in all day for collection.
