Give more precise delivery collection times (waiting at home 8am-6pm is not ideal).

All went smoothly. Think the prelabeled bags are a good idea. The parcel fitted ok but it might have been easier if they were roomier

You have to take a day off from work and stay at home all day and waiting for collection man to give him parcel!!!

Collected 11th wasn't delivered 12th - no card left on 13th, card left 14th - my customer still hasn't had her delivery.

It is always a very good service. For large parcels you are cheap and I would use you for smaller ones too but there are cheaper services
