The Courier guy never came, waited 2 days, drove 30miles round-trip to drop it off at depot, man in depot said: "im not suprised"..........

It took 6 days not your advertised 2/3. Was damaged but taped back up, Recipient had to help local postwoman with 30kg box. Where was truck?
