My only issue was that I was given a delivery slot of between 8am and 6pm which meant i had to wait in all day for collection.

Shocking rubbish awful etc. I booked in the job last Thursday after re booking it twice and losing 2 days off work the parcel is still here

Collection was excellent. Tracking with City Link online didn't work though and calling them didn't work as the wait was too long.

Driver came before 9am and after 6pm, outside the allotted time so parcel was not collected.

Possibly unfair rating as PM not at fault. Courier didn't turn up to collect as scheduled. All sorted now but we had an unhappy customer
