I had expected the driver to bring a bag as mentioned on website, but it was not necessary. Very good service.

Collection was one day late and no one gave me any explanation whatsoever. You are lucky I was at home the following day. Very bad, always!

very poor!! parcel shouldve been collected on monday 24th december and I am still waiting now for it to be collected. I feel this is awful

Our Response: I am sorry to read that but in the run up to Christmas some orders were not delivered next day by the couriers for which we apologise on their behalf.
i paid for next day delivery and u did not deliver. i had somebody stopping in all day and all i got were we were busy.

I had to eventually take the parcel to Courier, a 60 mile round trip. Even after that the parcel still hasn't arrived over week later.
