Courier once again did not collect and i had to drop the parcel off at their depot myself, this has happened on quite a few occasions.

Thank you. It's clear when you read the reviews on our own site that they are genuine and not adjusted in anyway. Therefore they give a true representation of how the couriers we use are managing.

I think an email/text with a rough time of when the parcel will be picked up would be helpful. Also not very good value for money.

We always advise our customers to get to know their local driver as they will often work around your needs. Christmas was a challenge for some couriers but please accept our apologies for the failed collection problems you faced.

Knowing the time window for collection (i.e. am. or pm.) would have made a huge difference.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
