I had 2 parcels, courier brought 4 (addressed to Norwich) argued with me and told me he had to take them all back. Shocking

Our Response: Sorry to read that but we can't control the actions of a delivery driver that doesn't work directly for us. Rest assured though we will speak with the company he does work for.
I could not find where the collection hours was be stated. When I contacted City Link they said that they could not even give a window.

Your courier was supposed to provide a bag to put the coat in for transit. No bag was available and item was not released.

Courier changed collection & delivery dates without telling me. Wasted time off work and had to make multiple phone calls to chase courier.

Having waited in all day for collection on the 2nd Jan, no one came. Courier tell me its your fault. You over committed, and I suffered!
