Fantastic news!!
One of the parcels was delivered to the wrong address (IP26 4RH instead of DY12 2XG) and they were delivered five days apart

Our Response: Sorry to read that but it's a strange one as our customers have to label the items themselves which have the address written on them.
Parcel collection did not happen, had to wait 2.5days before parcel collection, I had to ring city link!!

had to take it my self 40 mins to the leicster depoot should of went monday didnt arrive till thursday.When it did it was BROKEN!!

Hello, I rebooked my parcel around the 27/12 and the soonest date given was the 1/1/13. Citylink are closed on this day and didn't collectt.
