Despite the large HANDLE WITH CARE the box was bashed about & squashed, driver didn't want to wait while it was checked. Luckily content OK

parcel monkey/city link are the best couriers i have used,others break to many items due to very bad handling of parcels

We do. It's clearly in our terms and conditions and mentioned during the booking process. Saturday delivery is available to purchase should you wish to.
If possible to supply a service for a light parcel, less than one KG

I know this was an international delivery but I was a bit disappointed at delayed tracking status. Actual delivery time was good though.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Parcel arrived on perfect time but it was damaged, not sure if this was down to you or Courier they said its down to you!!

Item arrived damaged, clearly done in transit. Impossible to reach PM customer service. Extremely disappointing.

Parcel money without fault until Courier pretend they tried to collect - then I'm left high a dry to deal with Courier

Courier were due to collect a prcle on Jan 2nd they didn't come, I re-arranged for 3rd jan - they didn't come - I took it ti their depot!!
