We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.

the only issue we had was that we took the parcel to the depot but you still tried to pick it up from our house, so lack of communication.

My parcel arrived at its destination @ 17.25 it was within the time frame, but only just.

Numerous Courier errors cost me more than shipping cost to sort out. Promised call from Complaints Team - never happened.
