Tracking looks to be ok and shows the item was delivered on 09.01.13
Timed collections and deliveries would be useful as we get with Interlink Express, plus cheaper fees and cheaper insurance for valuables!

Paid for next day delivery, arrived over a week later! I had to keep ringing and parcel box come damaged! Will never use again!

Just to let you know you have T&C which you have to tick to proceed that states 'The weight and dimesions of the parcel(s) are INCORRECT' :D

The sentence you mention starts with the word "IF" which makes a big difference to the point you are trying to make.
Tracking was a bit delayed and cost was rather high
