Our Response: I think there is a tracking issue. If you raise this with our online support team they will look into this further and resolve the issue.

Item not collected on 4.1.13 as confirmed. Without further info rescheduled for 7.1.13. After phone call from me finally collected on 5.1.13

The servic you provide is very good, although this delivery arrived Monday instead of the next day, Saterday, perhaps my misunderstanding.

It would improve your good service if when booking a pickup we could specify a morning or afternoon pickup. Obviously it would be impractcal

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
