I ordered next day delivery and it didn't arrive. Courier said they hadn't had space for it. I will not be using you again.

Easy to navigate online, you did what you said you would do (rare these days), communication was up to do date during delivery.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
Parcel (1163796) is still showing as ready to be picked up. Parcel was in fact picked up on 2-1-13. Where is the parcel ?

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE, COURIER NEVER ARRIVED AND I HAD TO TAKE IT TO THE DEPOT MYSELF AT 9.30PM......TERRIBLE SERVICE. I DONT PAY FOR THIS!

parcel was picked up monday and saturday it was picked up from local depot by recepient, not impressed as paid for next day service
