Delivery was one day later then should have been. You pay for next day,you should get next day. City Link not the best.

if someone has to wait around the house all day & ring twice "Courier" to be sure they are coming & they don't, that's poor service.

I paid for 24 hour collection but they didn't arrive the next day and it was a bank holiday the day after so parcel was late

The courier did not ring the door bell - it only being by chance that i caught him - & they took an extra day to deliver it than agreed.
