Could you remove the mandatory requirement for a mobile phone number as not everyone, especially older folk, has a mobile phone.

Our Response: We are very happy with our dedicated online support team who's 2012 average response time was within 2 1/2 hours.
Good service but a pick-up time notification would have been helpful i.e. a.m. or p.m. collection

I am sick of every time I use Parcel Monkey, you always manage to find an "extra charge". No-one else does this and I measure accurately

Our Response: We don't find extra charges as this information comes from the couriers that handle the items booked with us. You are provided with this information and charged in accordance with the weight / volumetric weight of the item sent.
I think your service is great, only thing I'd say is I couldn't pay with paypal. Small parcel service might be handy also.

Thank you. PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.
