PayPal is a very expensive service and while other companies allow you to use this and pay more for it this is against the rules of PayPal.
For the second time in two months the parcel I have sent to Ireland has arrived completely broken. I can no longer afford to use you.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
