The parcel was not picked up 2 days after i order it. Still today the parcel has not arrived. I know it is not Parcel Monkeys fault.

Only thing that would improve your service is more of an accurate pick up time for parcels, I understand that this isn't easy to do though.

We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves say they can manage. Unfortunately for now that's an "Any time" collection window.
